By participating in the PayPeaceForward Peace Partner program, you agree to the paths, values, and practices outlined below.

1. The Core Benefits & Intention

As a PayPeaceForward Peace Partner, you are an essential catalyst for peace. In recognition of your energy and alignment, you receive a dual-benefit partnership:

• A 50% Reciprocal Reward: You will receive a 50% commission on the net sales price of every enrollment into the Peace Portal course that occurs through your unique tracking link. 

• Platform Amplification: You gain the exclusive opportunity to showcase your passion by having your sales page, personal passion projects, services, or products featured directly on our partner directory page, allowing our entire community to support and view your work.

2. Platform Tracking & Referral Mechanisms

All technical tracking, data attribution, and referral processing are powered natively by the central systeme.io vendor engine.

• Your Unique Link: You will be provided with a unique partner tracking link containing your explicit tracking parameter. PayPeaceForward is not responsible for untracked sales resulting from altered tracking structures or browser link redirections that strip our parameters.

• Custom Domain Formatting: To ensure accurate tracking, partners must format links exactly as provided, including the mandatory www prefix if our domain uses it. Removing this prefix may cause the server to drop the tracking parameter during automatic domain redirects.

• Lifetime Affiliation Model: The platform operates on a lifetime database-level user tagging system rather than relying strictly on temporary browser cookies. Once a referred user registers their email address on any PayPeaceForward funnel step, that contact's profile is permanently linked to your partner ID in our central database bypassing local cookie deletions or device changes.

• Last-Click Checkout Attribution: In accordance with native platform rules, if an unregistered prospect clicks multiple partner links, or if a user accesses a final checkout payment page directly through an alternate partner's tracking link, the system awards the commission for that specific transaction to the last tracking link used immediately prior to checkout submission.

3. Payout Requirements, Thresholds & Timeline

To keep the energy of abundance flowing smoothly, transparently, and predictably, payouts are managed under the following parameters:

• Payout Method & System Setup: All partner rewards are paid out securely via PayPal or supported direct bank/wire transfers. It is your sole responsibility to log into your partner dashboard via systeme.io under Settings ➔ Affiliate Program Payment Settings to input your verified payment information. The system cannot distribute rewards until this configuration is complete.

• Minimum Payout Threshold: Partners must accumulate a minimum balance of $30.00 USD in cleared, approved commissions before a platform invoice can be generated. Balances below this threshold at the end of a billing period automatically roll over to the following month.

• Refund Policy & Security: Because all sales of the Peace Portal are final and we do not offer refunds, your commissions are secure once a transaction is successfully completed.

• Invoicing & Payout Schedule: Systeme.io automatically generates self-billing invoices on the 10th day of each calendar month for all cleared balances. To maintain processing windows, rewards become eligible for payout 45 days after the student's payment is received.

   

4. Code of Conduct & Brand Alignment

We are a movement dedicated to manifesting peace, empowering hearts, and staying authentically connected. We expect our partners to mirror these values in how they share our work:

• Authentic Sharing: We encourage you to share your genuine experiences and insights from the Peace Portal. High-pressure sales tactics, spamming, or sending unsolicited bulk emails contradict our core frequency, are strictly prohibited, and will result in immediate removal from the program.

• Strict Anti-Self-Referral Policy: In alignment with honest exchange, partners are strictly prohibited from purchasing products or enrolling in the course through their own unique tracking links. This includes using alternate email addresses, secondary cards, or aliases. Any commission generated from self-referral attempts is void, and will result in the immediate forfeiture of accrued balances and program termination.

• Transparency: When sharing your link, you must remain transparent. Per consumer protection guidelines, you should clearly disclose to your community that you receive a financial reward if they choose to enroll through your recommendation.

5. Relationship of Parties

This agreement represents a sacred partnership of independent co-creators. Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship, agency, joint venture, or legal franchise between you and PayPeaceForward. You operate as an independent entity and are responsible for your own local tax obligations regarding any rewards earned.

6. Evolution

As our community evolves, the terms of this circle may shift to better serve the collective. We reserve the right to update these guidelines or adjust program structures at any time to preserve the harmony of our shared ecosystem. Any major adjustments will be communicated to you via the email address tied to your systeme.io account.
